I dont get how insane this is, i understand the security side of things, but they are asking for the impossible.
The also tell me that they have no way of knowing what google account its linked to, so when i asked about deleting the account, (so the credit card doesnt get charged forever) they stopped replying, its been 2 days with no help at all, Well you still need to login, i have the login/password but it requires the buckets masterd KEY ID and public ID, You can not share a file without logging in, so they give you a CLI method to create/share the bucket. So i uploaded the file to our server, it backed it up, but now they want us to share it with them. So i emailed support and they told me i needed to 5 things, provide 4 details about the credit card payment, (which i did) and then upload a file to a bucket and then share it with them.

So then i tried a few other accounts where maybe i activated it and didnt realize i was logged in with the wrong account, Nope, I even tried EVERY google account i have a password for. ANyone have issues with how bad this support is? I recently tried to log in and it was linked to a google SSO, after trying to log in, it said its no associated with this account.
